# People & Planning Modules

> Modules for integrating Planning Center, Rosters, and assigning team members.

These modules help you manage people, roles, and service plans directly from your dashboard.

## Planning Center

The Planning Center module connects to your PCO account to display service rundowns. It updates automatically as your plans change, ensuring operators always see the latest schedule.

### Setup

1. Ensure your Planning Center account is linked in the **Integrations** settings.
2. Add the **Planning Center** module to a tile.
3. Select the Service Type and the specific Plan you want to monitor.

### Features

* **Live Tracking:** Highlights the current live item in the rundown.
* **Auto-Update:** Changes made in Planning Center are reflected on the dashboard automatically.
* **Timing:** Displays scheduled lengths and actual running times for items.

## PCO Team Assignments

This module surfaces the people scheduled in Planning Center for specific roles.

### Setup

1. Add the **PCO Team Assignments** module to a tile.
2. Select the specific Plan and the Teams/Roles you want to display.

### Features

* **Visual Breakdown:** Clearly see who is serving in what capacity.
* **Confirmation Status:** Displays whether a team member has accepted, declined, or not yet responded to their scheduling request.

## Roster Team Assignments

If you aren't using Planning Center, Relay's built-in Rosters let you build your own teams locally.

### Setup

1. Create a Roster and add members in the **Data > Rosters** section of the app.
2. Add the **Roster Team Assignments** module to a tile and select your Roster.

### Features

* **Local Control:** Manage your teams entirely offline without relying on external APIs.
* **Dynamic Updates:** Changes to the Roster are immediately reflected on the dashboard.

## Person

The Person module is a flexible tile that displays a specific role or individual.

### Setup

1. Add the **Person** module to a tile.
2. Manually assign a person, or link the module to a Picker for dynamic assignment.

### Features

* **Dynamic Roles:** Perfect for assigning specific headsets, beltpacks, or static positions (e.g., "Camera 1 Operator") to different people each week.
* **Automation Ready:** You can update the person displayed in this module via automation workflows.
