# Trip log

> Record trips, catches, conditions, and notes in Rivr.

Open **Trip Log** to review saved fishing sessions or tap **Log a Trip** from the dashboard and recommendation views.

## Find a trip

Use the trip filters and search field to narrow your history. You can review all trips, blank trips, or trips with a catch, then open an entry for its details.

## Export your log

Choose **Export trip log** from Trip Log to create a copy of your recorded history for your own records.

Trip history is a record of your observations. It does not change Rivr's live telemetry or guarantee that a past pattern will work under different conditions.
