Export logs
- Choose
Help > Export Logs.... - Save the archive.
- Share it with support if requested.
Relay > Settings > Help.
Copy a diagnostic summary
OpenRelay > Settings > Help and click Copy Diagnostic Summary to get a quick text snapshot of current state.
Common troubleshooting tips
- Quit and reopen Relay
- Check permissions in
Relay > Settings > Access - Refresh your license
- Check for updates
- Confirm the network path to the connected device or app
