If something is not working as expected in Relay, start with the troubleshooting guidance below and the diagnostic tools built into the app.

Export logs

  1. Choose Help > Export Logs....
  2. Save the archive.
  3. Share it with support if requested.
You can also find log tools in Relay > Settings > Help.

Copy a diagnostic summary

Open Relay > Settings > Help and click Copy Diagnostic Summary to get a quick text snapshot of current state.

Common troubleshooting tips

  • Quit and reopen Relay
  • Check permissions in Relay > Settings > Access
  • Refresh your license
  • Check for updates
  • Confirm the network path to the connected device or app
