What we collect
Relay Account. If you create a Relay Account, we store your email address, sign-in and session records, any license key or subscription you link, and your subscription status (including Apple transaction identifiers for App Store purchases). Connected content. Data from services you connect, such as Planning Center or YouTube, is used only to power the features you ask for. Credentials and tokens for third-party services are stored in your Mac’s Keychain, not on our servers. Crash and usage diagnostics (optional). If you turn on Share Crash and Usage Diagnostics, Relay sends the app version, platform, a random installation ID, active time and technical crash or hang details to our crash-reporting provider. If you are also signed in to a Relay Account, Relay sends a periodic heartbeat linked to your account so we can count active devices. This is off until you choose to enable it and you can turn it off at any time. Heartbeat records are deleted after 30 days. Crash and hang reports are kept for up to 90 days. Live transcription (optional). Audio from your microphone is processed in real time to produce a transcript and may include other people’s voices. Relay does not keep audio recordings. Depending on your settings and the language you choose, speech recognition runs on your device or uses Apple’s speech recognition service, which is governed by Apple’s privacy terms. You are responsible for any notice or consent the law requires from people being transcribed. How we use information
To provide Relay’s features, sync connected data, manage your account and subscription, and find and fix bugs. We do not use your data for advertising or third-party marketing, and we do not sell your information.YouTube
If you connect YouTube Live, Relay requests read-only access to your YouTube account (theyoutube.readonly scope) to list your broadcasts and show their status. This information is processed on your device, is not stored on our servers, and is not shared with anyone.
Relay’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Relay uses YouTube API Services; by connecting, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can revoke Relay’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by disconnecting YouTube in Relay.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Relay:
If you connect third-party services such as Planning Center or YouTube, those services receive the requests you ask Relay to make.
Retention
Security
Connections between Relay and Relay’s servers use TLS encryption. When you use Sync & Mirror or the local browser link, Relay shares dashboards directly between computers on your local network. Relay authenticates paired computers, but that local traffic is not encrypted, so use these features only on networks you trust. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.Tracking
Relay does not track you across apps or websites and does not use advertising identifiers or data brokers.Your choices
- Disconnect any third-party integration at any time.
- Turn diagnostics off at any time in Relay’s settings.
- Request deletion of your account and data by emailing
support@ondeckapps.com. We typically confirm completion within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel in the App Store or through Lemon Squeezy first. - Organizations such as churches can request a Data Processing Agreement at the same address.
support@ondeckapps.com to exercise them. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
