The Planning Center module connects to your PCO account to display service rundowns. It updates automatically as your plans change, ensuring operators always see the latest schedule.Setup
- Ensure your Planning Center account is linked in the Integrations settings.
- Add the Planning Center module to a tile.
- Select the Service Type and the specific Plan you want to monitor.
Features
- Live Tracking: Highlights the current live item in the rundown.
- Auto-Update: Changes made in Planning Center are reflected on the dashboard automatically.
- Timing: Displays scheduled lengths and actual running times for items.
PCO Team Assignments
This module surfaces the people scheduled in Planning Center for specific roles.Setup
- Add the PCO Team Assignments module to a tile.
- Select the specific Plan and the Teams/Roles you want to display.
Features
- Visual Breakdown: Clearly see who is serving in what capacity.
- Confirmation Status: Displays whether a team member has accepted, declined, or not yet responded to their scheduling request.
Roster Team Assignments
If you aren’t using Planning Center, Relay’s built-in Rosters let you build your own teams locally.Setup
- Create a Roster and add members in the Data > Rosters section of the app.
- Add the Roster Team Assignments module to a tile and select your Roster.

Person
The Person module is a flexible tile that displays a specific role or individual.Setup
- Add the Person module to a tile.
- Manually assign a person, or link the module to a Picker for dynamic assignment.
